Memorial Hospital is the first Healthcare Services project of Memorial Health Investments Corporation that was founded in 1995.

The project of Memorial Hospital had started in 1996; this project served as an example in hospital industry in Turkey. Memorial Hospital project was created with a local team although we collaborated with ECRI (A non profit health services research agency that is recognized as one of the world's leading independent organizations committed to advancing the quality of healthcare.) that helped us choosing state of the art medical devices.

The construction of the building was completed at the end of 1999 and the installation of devices was completed in January 2000. The first patient was received in February 2000.

Within a short period of time Memorial Hospital filled up its bed capacity. Memorial Hospital's first growth project was realized in 2001 by adding 2 Outpatient Clinics of 450 square meter each. In summer 2002, 50 more beds and a modern maternity clinic with an operating room were added. In 2005, our room number reached 136 and our total number of beds reached 184.

In order to serve on the Anatolian side of Istanbul as well as the European side; Memorial Suadiye Outpatient Clinic opened its doors in 2003.
