Full-Service Assistance for International Medical Visitors, Patients & Families
Prior to your journey, please read through this section. Our medical consultants will guide you with date arrangements and will give all other information that you will need. After discussing with our consultants, you can book your flight or we can arrange your flight instead of you.
We recommend booking accommodations after your appointments are scheduled. The length of stay depends on the condition and treatment. Usually, we can guide you find a long term housing option at a more preferred rate than you might normally find by booking this alone.
Admission
After landing your flight, we will arrange vip transportation, including airport pickup and ground or air ambulance services to Memorial, if requested.
After having a good night sleep in your 5 stars hotel, our driver will pick you up from your hotel to Memorial Hospitals. You will have your examination with our doctors and team. After consulting, your treatment procedure or surgery process will start.
Departure
Follow-Up Arrangements
We will provide you the significant information about what to do after the treatment plan or surgery. After taking good care of you, we will take you to the airport for your flight.
Before you leave Memorial Hospitals, your international patient liaison will schedule a final check-in to ensure a smooth transition home.
We will head on specific dates so that our physicians can track the healing process from distance. If desired by the medical visitors or patients, arrange a video-call between you and your Memorial Hospitals’ team to discuss your care here and continuity of care when you return home.
