Non-Surgical Procedures for Penis Enlargement and Girth Enhancement

In men, having a penis size below average in terms of length and girth can lead to a lack of self-confidence. Especially due to societal misconceptions, men who assume their penis is too small may experience negative impacts on their sexual life. In recent years, non-surgical penis enlargement and thickening procedures have provided effective solutions to this issue. Using hyaluronic acid fillers commonly used in various parts of the body the circumference of the penis can be increased, giving it a thicker appearance. Additionally, filler applied to the glans penis (head) can help address premature ejaculation. Associate Professor Dr. Murat Keske from Memorial Kayseri Hospital’s Urology Department shares insights on penile fillers.

Achieve 1–1.5 cm of Length Gain with This Surgical Technique

While non-surgical penis enlargement is primarily known as a volume-enhancing procedure, surgical methods are also used when it comes to lengthening. In penis enlargement surgery, part of the suspensory ligament that supports the penis is cut, and an incision is made at the base of the penis to allow for skin extension. If present, scrotal webbing may also be removed as part of the plastic surgery. Although some exaggerated claims are made about the results of this surgery, in reality, a significant increase in effective penis length is not typically achievable. The procedure generally results in a length gain of only 1 to 1.5 cm in the non-erect state, and many patients are not fully satisfied with the aesthetic outcome. However, the same cannot be said for penile girth enhancement, which tends to deliver more noticeable and satisfying results.

Non-Surgical Methods Can Enhance Size and Volume

The injection of hyaluronic acid fillers is a non-surgical method used to increase both the size and volume of the penis. Following girth and volume enhancement with hyaluronic acid, it has been observed that vaginal fullness during intercourse improves, which can also have a positive effect on female orgasm. Hyaluronic acid filler is considered a viable option for both aesthetic and functional purposes. The material is biocompatible and carries a very low risk of allergic reaction. It can be easily applied under local anesthesia, can be repeated when necessary, and if the results are unsatisfactory or certain areas appear uneven, it can be dissolved and corrected. The amount of filler required varies depending on individual goals related to size increase or shape modification. On average, injecting 15 ml of filler can increase the circumference of a flaccid penis by 2 to 3 cm and by 1.0 to 2.5 cm when erect. Some sensitivity may occur after the procedure, but this usually decreases over the minimal healing period.

After the procedure:

  • The full course of prescribed antibiotics should be completed
  • Sexual intercourse or manual stimulation should be avoided for three weeks
  • Gentle massage should be applied to the area for two weeks to ensure even distribution of the filler

If you have a problem with premature ejaculation…

Hyaluronic acid fillers can also be applied to the glans penis to help treat premature ejaculation. Other available treatments include behavioral therapy, medication, and local anesthetic procedures, but these may be complex, time-consuming, or dependent on partner cooperation. For men seeking a quicker solution, glans filler is a highly effective option. As the tip of the penis is highly sensitive and rich in nerve endings, injecting specially formulated hyaluronic acid filler in this area can reduce sensitivity and prolong intercourse by 3 to 5 times. The procedure is performed painlessly under local anesthesia, and sexual activity can be resumed after three days. The effects typically last 6 to 12 months. With time, men may learn to control ejaculation, potentially making the results permanent.

Hyaluronic Acid Penis Filler Is Not Recommended For:

  • Those who have penile deformities resulting from surgery or trauma
  • Individuals with prior penile implants
