Sisli Hospital is International Infertility Clinic Of The Year

Memorial Şişli Hospital IVF and Genetics Center added a new one to its international successes. Another award came to the center, which was awarded the International Grant For Fertility Innovation Research Award in Germany last year. Memorial Şişli Hospital IVF and Genetics Center was selected as the “International Infetikity Clinic of the Year” at the Medical Travel Journal Awards held in London on April 16, 2015.

Dr. Semra Kahraman, Turkey and Memorial said they experienced the happiness of giving one of the world's most prestigious awards in this field, he gave the following information about the award process.

We are the center with the most number of cases performed in Turkey as a single center and receiving most number of international cases. We do around 3200 cases IVF treatment per year. 20% of our patients are from abroad and apply to our center for advanced techniques. Becuase of our successful pregnancy results and practices, international patients recommend our hospital and department to each other in internet forums. Patient applications are made from approximately 59 different countries, mainly Bulgaria and Lithuania.

Besides other factors such as our firsts which we perform in own area Turkey, Successful practices in preimplantation genetic diagnosis, numerous studies in prestigious magazines in the world literature and having the first ISO15189 accreditation certificate in Turkey also played an important role in winning the award.
